I've been natural grounding for a long time and even though I dont usually share alot on the forum I hope this will be helpful. I actually just finished natural grounding and I had a huge breakthrough. Often dealing with women has become unnatural for us. This is why we are all here. This might sound redundant but we need to let our interactions become natural and attraction will occur. What's the point of this? When natural grounding stop trying to control and just let go. Too often, we(as men) try to make everything perfect and are way to logical. This subconsciously makes girls feel uneasy. We might try to be witty or funny, whatever it may be its getting in the way of nature. When you talk to girls just allow anything to happen. Let the conversation naturally flow! No need to control anything....especially her. I was just grounding and I just let myself be. I didn't try to feel the energy it just came on me. Let go of control and let nature do the rest. I'm actually still tearing because I don't have to try anymore. Hope this was a huge help to you guys.

Sorry it took a while for me to get back to you. I've being crazy busy.

Yes I am extremely happy with the results I get from NG and I think things will go even more crazy in the near future.

The main problem I have is managing to do all the things (ng, martial arts, working out) I want to do with such a busy and hectic schedule but I'm not too worried about that because I feel that I'm learning a lot about at the moment.

It's like I have all the perfect tools now to create the life I want, I just got to take control of my own time and not take on too much work like I've done in the past.

I sometimes think that having control over your own time is the most important thing that anybody could master. Once that is done anything is possible.

I agree with you on mastering your time. That's something I struggle with. Even though in the past I never wrote on the forum, I would frequently read what people would write. The disappointing thing about it is after natural grounding for two years pretty consistently I haven't quite achieved the results I thought I would have with women(and in general).

Maybe I focus too much on what I want from women. I feel I've made some huge jumps with my energy compared to what I was but the funny thing is I got more girls back then as compared to now. Looking at your startup date we've been doing this about the same time though I feel I should be on the glorified "Marcus" level. I still get thrown off with women even when I ground then go out. There are days I get so angry I'm not there-which may be my biggest problem. Did you ever go through something like this?

I seem to have an additional Reality that even couples start hugging and kissing whenever I´m around, I kinda have to take an emergency evacuation myself...

basic knowledge of relational mastery and natural grounding can do miracles. marcus reached a pinnacle b/c he truly let his ego go.

i think your ego still has something to do with holding back what is really possible. empower your grounding more on the other levels (physical, sexual, spiritual, emotional) and you'll find more of those breakthroughs while bringing your egoic mind and it's expectations down in the mix

Your suggestion is very good.

I first focus on the women while grounding, obviously not judging them by the external factors (clothes, hair color, shoes, other people around them, etc.), but their natural character (feminine gestures and postures, their smiles, their 'halo', etc.). And suddenly I feel their energy, and it could feel strange but you sense a kind of connection and a warm feeling with these women, despite the fact that is only a video.

General (not aimed at anyone in particular):

Don´t try anything. Don´t intellectualize or anything. ”Just do it” like they say in the Nike commercials. Just watch, just enjoy the process ( Mr. Marcus advice) and it will happen. You don´t have to try. Just pay complete attention to what you´re doing ( Eckhart Tolle) while keeping a part of your consciousness in your body. Realize that as a man this is your nature, your power. After all – a lion doesn´t have to try to get hungry for a gazelle or try to get a killer instinct.. Letting go of TV helps ( I have) also letting go of newspapers and radio. If the world ends tomorrow – you will know – so why even bother with demoralizing stimuli like that?

Thanks for the help guys...Rion I'm pretty positive that your right about my ego during grounding...I've tried many ways to let go of it like listening to music before...any other ideas?

Dgerman, your suggestion about just letting interactions flow naturally when interacting with a woman is perfect. I am often guilty of trying to get too logical like you describe.

The interesting thing also for me at least, is that it is second nature for me to just let things flow once I am on a date with a woman. However, if I approach a woman, it seems that the element of me subconsciously thinking I have to get her number is what throws things off. When I want woman's phone number, I find it hard to stay present because it's like women expect you to ask for it, so this keeps it from being natural because they have power. I generally am not approaching but instead am setting up dates through dating web sites.
