Auto Grounding

I would love to get Rion's thoughts on this and also everyones else's thoughts on this.

I've done the auto grounding like three or four times. Generally I've stuck to using a couple photos of ex-girlfriends both of whom are very natural (one from Thailand and one from Czech Republic) or natural women other then the natural alpha models (i.e. natural women other then Palmy, Jenny etc) and the photos are always where they are fully clothed and they have bright shining eyes and smiles.

I'm not sure if it's OK to use photos of the main natural alpha models though i.e Palmy, Jenny, Nicole etc for auto grounding. I think it's great to use their photos and videos for top grounding and I have but when it comes to auto grounding I'm not sure. Although in theory I don't see why not because Palmy has amazing energy and is always smiling and has bright eyes.

But somehow I feel ashamed, maybe because I don't know Palmy personally, where as with my ex's I do and with them it feels OK.

Maybe the shame is just my limited inner game and I'm just holding back in some way.

To be honest I'm going through a bit of a slow period at the moment and my energy has been a bit off, but I think I know what I need to do, I need to work on my self-esteem (Nathanial Branden) which I've kind of being a bit lazy with recently. It may also be that the auto grounding is purging some repressed shame or guilt I have and now it's coming to the surface to be released.

Shame, shame, shame.

Before I knew anything about Rion and N.G. I read
some work of a guru, and I got rid of shame.
His stuff is so powerful that I haven't feel
depressed for about a year and a half.
(Don't know if N.G. has the same effect)

That guru said once that his method helps you
to be in front of a hot woman without shaking.
And yes it was true.
This guru doesn't came from the Pick up community.

So to get rid of shame I had to work for about nine
months, just like 5 minutes a day. It doesn't mean
that you don't acknowledge your mistakes (sins), but
shame is not torturing you, so it's like you drop a
heavy stone from your back.

Do you mean to choke the monkey, don't you?
If they are not married, I think it's OK.
(I guess Nicole is divorced now).
Personally I would choose not married ones.

Just acknowledge that the author (argentinian)
of this therapy or method has been acussed of lying.
But it's because his methods put traditional
Psichology way behind. And obviously psychologists
don't want people to know this.

I haven't attend his seminars (yet), I just read one
of his books (it's cheaper). So this could be a way
